You can see the Divided by 13 under the Kemper in this photo. He used it a lot on their 2012 tour, you can see he has a few FTR37s on stage in some grainy videos of their 2012 Dallas show.

The eventides go in the fx loop, they use a DI box to make an fx loop. 2x Palmer PDI09 guitar direct boxes between the amps and cabs and sent to the Palmer Duetto guitar buffer mixer then to the eventide FX then stereo LR out to the EH 44 caliber amps mounted on a mini pedalboard.
