Thom Yorke can be seen using this mic, a Neumann/Gefell CMV-563 w/ M7S capsule on The Numbers and Present Tense live videos, as well as both the All I Need and Videotape from the basement recordings.
Used for some vocals on OK Computer, as stated by producer Nigel Godrich in this interview from the August 1997 issue of The Mix (as archived by Radiohead fansite Citizen Insane).
Vocals were recorded alternately with a Neumann valve 47, and an Australian Rode valve mic, through a Urei 1176 compressor, and a Pultec valve EQ on a few things.
"With months of hindsight, I actually think the Australian mic is a bit too bright, but if it's a good performance, that's it. Maybe the vocal sound suffered from the fact that it was occasionally just thrown down, but I don't think so."
The mic is not explicitly mentioned, but it can be deduced. Røde's first tube/valve microphone was The Classic, which was reissued as The Classic II in 1999. The first reviews for Røde's second tube/valve microphone, the NTV, were also in 1999. Since OK Computer preceded the release of both the NTV and The Classic II, one can determine that the mic used was The Classic.

The MK-012 microphone, created in 1996, remains a flagship product for Oktava. This microphone was used by Radiohead lead singer and guitarist Thom Yorke, who used it during the recording of the OK Computer album in 1997.
Visible in this photo of Yorke. According to the King of Gear, it is an original SM7, rather than the reissue SM7B.

Thom sings into one of Nigel’s Soyuz SU-017’s, a tube large-diaphragm condenser microphone which has become a favorite since Nigel obtained one in 2015. He used one each to mic Shye Ben Tzur’s singing and the brass section for Junun, and also used a pair as part of his strings mic’ing setup for AMSP.

-Radiohead notoriously hinted at a new recording technique they were trying in 2007, “basically on the new album, you’ll be hearing some of the tracks, mainly piano, as if Thom was playing it in the same room as you”. This was followed up on lead guitarist and keyboardist of Radiohead, Jonny Greenwood’s personal blog, with a photo of a mannequin head placed over Thom Yorke’s shoulder while he played piano parts. Greenwood later wrote that “it should be very interesting”.

According to an article by Robyn Flans on Mixonline, Thom Yorke's vocals for Radiohead's track "Creep" were recorded using a Telefunken U47 microphone. The article specifically states, "There were really only three overdubs on 'Creep'—Yorke’s vocals with a Telefunken U47, a piano part played by Jonny Greenwood, and an additional track of the big guitar noise that prefaces the lead guitar parts going into the choruses."
Thom Yorke used an Audix OM7 as his live vocal microphone during Radiohead shows in 1994. This is corroborated by footage from Radiohead's performances at the Rock Am Ring festival on May 22, 1995, and at the Astoria on May 27, 1995. An image capturing the moment is available on Equipboard.
