Tony Iommi is seen using the Sunn Enforcer 100w Tube Guitar Amp Head in the provided photo.
Tony used modified JCM800s during the time he joined with Queen. You can see them at 1:17. They’re obviously not Brian’s.
The photo states Tony used a vintage Vox AC30 head on the Fused album.
Iommi used at least one of these during the Black Sabbath's "Back to the beginning" live show.

Tony Iommi is confirmed to have used the Guild Bluesbird Reintroduction guitar during a live performance of "Can't Get Close Enough" on August 25, 1995, in Gzira, Malta. This information is supported by a video uploaded by Paulo Callegari on YouTube, titled "Can't Get Close Enough- Tony Iommi Acoustic Guitar 1995 live Gzira, Malta."
He played in D tuning with the low E tuned to A#.
“I have to say, I really like the Kemper. It was my producer Mike Exeter who introduced me to it a while back, and I was very impressed,” he continues. “Especially because you didn’t need to have all the speakers mic’d up; you could sit with it next to you in the control room.”
“Mike sampled my Laney tone, and then we improved on that a little bit. I’ve found it to be very useful. And the sound quality is incredible; it can actually be quite hard to tell the difference between the Kemper and a real amp.”
Various Marshall amplifiers (Used from early-mid 80's, to 1993. The listed amplifiers were used from 1990-1993), Out of Studio: 9005 Power Amplifiers and 9001 Preamps, Marshal 4x12 speaker cabinets. In the Studio: 2554 Silver Jubilee Combo, 2558 Silver Jubilee Combo, Paul Reed Smith modded JCM800 head. Also can be seen using several Marshall JMP and JCM800 heads during the Black Sabbath performance of the 1985 Live Aid concert.
Tony used a JCM800 modified by Paul Reed Smith. Unclear if it’s the heads he used at Live Aid ‘85.
At 1:38 you can see his pedal board and there’s an orange phaser on it.
