Bass Guitars 1

It plays and sounds like a Ray. On the onboard eq I usually have mids maxed, bass set for the boominess of the room, and the treble for how much of a bite I'm looking for. I usually leave the treble between off and 55% depending on how much growl is required. My volume knob usually sits at 30-50% because anything above that makes all of my pedals go nuts. It's a solid bass and a good choice as an intermediate priced instrument.

Effects Pedals 26

I own both this and the micropog. They sound nearly identical. The micropog is a lot bigger and has a dry output. If you are doing some more complex pedal routing, the micropog makes sense, but I would take this over the micropog as a standalone effect because of the size.
This thing is perfect to figure out what you like effectwise, but kind of useless in every other aspect. Useable sounds: 1. Distortions are okay 2. "my first envelope filter" 3. "Phaser" Unusable sounds: Everything else. Major drawbacks: 1. The wah has a HUGE volume spike when you sweep it through the middle. 2. The synth's tracking is pretty much nonexistent. You have a choice of whole notes or halfnotes. 3. Octaver doesn't track well either. tl:dr It's a decent pedalboard to start, but buy it used.

Amplifiers 2

I'd give it 5 stars but it had a lot of problems with a 4 ohm 210 I owned. It would shut down as the speakers heated up and blew the crossover. I learned my lesson and now I use it with an 8ohm gk neo 410 now and never have to turn it up past noon.
