Founded by Zach Broyles in 2010, Mythos Pedals is a boutique effects pedal builder based outside Nashville, Tennessee. Broyles began modifying guitar effects in the mid-2000s before designing his own circuits, and after a stint working at Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville, he committed to Mythos full-time in late 2017. The company is a small, hands-on operation — Broyles works alongside General Manager Matthew Timmons and Lead Builder Jeff Salter to produce pedals spanning overdrive, fuzz, boost, octave, modulation, and utility categories.

Mythos is best known for transparent, touch-sensitive drive pedals that respond dynamically to pick attack and guitar volume adjustments.
