Description

Built on the Wildwood Mjolnir platform this limited edition version of the Mjolnir is loaded with a pair vintage ITT 1N34A Diodes. The 1N34A diodes are part of the formula that makes the original "K" style pedal so special and when installed into this Mjolnir board we were shocked with how much it replicates the sound of Zach's original unit. The amount of gain is the same, voicing, output, it's all there and tweaked in just the right way.

We're offering these in Silver and Gold finishes and the design is reminiscent of their inspiration. If you're looking for the closest sonic replica of those original "K" pedals then look no further.

“If you’re looking for the closest sonic replica of those original ‘K’ pedals then look no further”: Mythos Pedals unveils the 1N34A Mjolnir, a limited edition clone of owner Zach Broyles’ Klon Centaur | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

Mythos Pedals' 1N34A Mjolnir is a limited edition clone that aims to capture the essence of the original Klon Centaur. The pedal boasts vintage 1N34A germanium diodes, promising a sound indistinguishable from Zach Broyles’ personal unit. While enthusiasts might appreciate the meticulous replication of the classic 'K' pedal sound, the price tag of £224 could be a sticking point, especially with cheaper alternatives like Behringer's Centaur Overdrive on the market. Overall, Mjolnir is a compelling choice for those seeking authentic Klon tones, but budget-conscious buyers might hesitate.
