Description

It’s back in a larger enclosure. Laid out similar to the initial Mjolnir that Zach built for Joey this new run features an entirely new PCB and sounds the best yet. With it’s pair of NOS GD012 diodes this Mjolnir offers up just the right amount of compression when you turn the gain up. The overall voicing is nice a mellow and is the perfect compliment to any players setup.

Inspired by the very first Mjolnir Zach built for Joey soon after they first met. The Joey Mjolnir featured vintage NOS Germanium diodes and has a beautiful compression and voice that is true to what Joey looks for in a K-Style overdrive.

This version of the Mjolnir has a great clarity and personality that is much more mellow than the other units. Visit the standard Mjolnir page for details about this circuit.
