Description
2021 Alembic Series 2 custom bass features the original Alembic Omega cutout body, with stainless steel fretless fingerboard.
This bass is a very close replica of John McVie’s Continuously Fretted bass SN 75-057, which was used to record Fleetwood Mac’s Dreams, The Chain and Gold Dust Woman on the Rumours Album. The fingerboard on this bass was made at the same time under the direction of Rick Turner who designed the original. This bass features the same exact woods and sizes, but has series 2 electronics, hand done by Ron Wickersham and team. It features an amazing birds eye maple front and continuous wood back and peg head. Also has a full Alembic inlay with semi-precious stone inlays. The stainless neck also has red and amber LED’s on the top side of the fingerboard.
