Double Pedals
DW 5002 have been a go-to-pedal. I used it on 3 bands I used to play with. You can loosen it up a bit to get those fast fills or tighten it to get really good attack. Change the distance between the head and the beater if you want. You can adjust footboard angle. You can really make this pedal work for you and that in itself is something worth buying.

Listed as part of Daniel Adair’s setup in the February 2009 issue of Modern Drummer, the DW Double Pedal 5002 features stock two-way beaters with medium tension.
At 0:53 in the video, Nick D'Virgilio states, "Using DW 5000 double pedal, and hi-hat stand, with the DW felt beaters. I like the regular felt beaters rather than those two-way beaters that you get from DW, which are fine but I do like the felt beaters."
