Description

Introducing the Tama Iron Cobra Power Glide Single Pedal, a trusted companion for the passionate drummer. This pedal offers a perfect blend of smoothness, stability, and adaptability. It features a Super Stabilizer design, incorporating a wider baseplate and frame, guaranteeing absolute stability during your intense play sessions. Its 3-piece Hinge Guard Block at the pedal heel improves durability and extends the footboard, enhancing leverage.

The core of this pedal is the Power Glide cam, which is an offset double-chained structure that intensifies the stroke power as it moves towards the bass drum head. Now, it comes with a LiteSprocket design, offering a lighter, smoother, and more natural feeling. This pedal also eliminates spring friction with its high-quality Speedo-Ring rocker cam.

The Quick-Hook spring attachment ensures maximum power transmission to the Speedo-Ring and facilitates quicker setup. Another great feature is the adjustable Cobra Coil spring-return that consistently works to return the footboard to its original position, thereby strengthening the connection between the player's foot and the pedal.

Key Features:

  • Power Glide cam with LiteSprocket design for a lighter, smoother, and more natural feeling
  • Quick-Hook spring attachment for maximum power transmission and faster setup
  • Adjustable Cobra Coil spring-return for consistent footboard return
  • 3-piece Hinge Guard Block for enhanced durability
  • Super Stabilizer design for absolute stability
  • Para-Clamp II Pro for secure attachment to the bass drum hoop

So the kick pedal I've got here is my own - it's a Tama Iron Cobra. I've had it a really long time. It's just nice to be super familiar with the spring tension and all the settings on it. So when I play it, it always feels consistent and the same. I always travel with my pedal. I've added this little strip of skateboard grip tape on top, which just adds a little bit of grip, which is cool. And yeah, I've been playing this pedal a long time, so just super familiar.
