Description
Introducing the Jackson JS22 SC Electric Guitar, an instrument built to match your energy and creativity. This dynamic piece of musical craftsmanship is ideal for modern metal, capable of producing powerful sound with crystal-clear clean tones or thick, heavily saturated distortion.
Its slightly shorter (24.75") scale length, combined with a nato body and a bolt-on maple speed neck with graphite reinforcement, offers both durability and playability. The 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard is designed for flexibility, curved for easy chord playing near the nut and flattening out for smoking leads without fretting out during bends.
The guitar comes equipped with two Jackson high-output humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck positions. These high-output ceramic humbucking pickups offer a wide tonal range, perfect for sculpting with pedals and your amplifier's tone controls. The pickups' crisp, clear tone is easily controlled by a three-way toggle switch along with single volume and tone controls.

Cheap, but if you put a little work an awesome guitar
It is cheap. No denying that. Sharp frets, bad jacks, wobbly 3 way switch that sometimes refuses to work and tuners that don't keep tunings very well. I personally had to change the input jack because it wasn't holding cables very well and I had to sand the frets. All of these things are either simple fixes or you can live with them. The guitar itself is setup decently well. The action is low and the neck is the absolute best thing about this guitar. It's thin (about 19m) with a D profile and it's well suited for both fast playing as well as chords. Pickups are pretty good too, not very hot but still decent for a passive humbucker. The guitar itself is extremely light which I prefer. Overall awesome playing experience with this guitar, but you gotta put some work in.
