The JB-4 JB-150M Jazz Bass Made in Japan in 2000 by Moon Custom Guitars

The 2000 Moon Custom Guitars JB-4 JB-150M Jazz Bass is a high-end, Japanese-made boutique instrument that follows the classic Jazz Bass design but with premium craftsmanship and components. Built by Moon Custom Guitars, it features a traditional alder body and a smooth maple neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard for a balanced, vintage-inspired tone. The bass is equipped with Moon’s MJB-504 pickups, delivering articulate lows, clear mids, and a punchy, dynamic response suited for a wide range of styles. Its construction emphasizes sustain, playability, and reliability, reflecting the meticulous build quality typical of Japanese custom shop instruments. Hardware and electronics are designed to vintage specifications, enhancing both tone and durability.
