Great, inexpensive way to incorporate In-Ears
Being $40 or so, this is a great way to run an IEM system almost anywhere. If the FOH console has Aux sends, you can run In Ears. The option to run a microphone through the box is great too, so you can control your personal level of your microphone (vocal, instrument, etc). Great product for the money!
