Yamaha DGX-620 review - Keys, Synths & Samplers - Harmony Central

harmonycentral.com

The Yamaha DGX-620 impresses with its fully weighted hammer action keys, offering a realistic piano-playing experience comparable to higher-end models like the P-60 and P-70. Its sound quality stands out, with notable piano and electric piano sounds, and a remarkably realistic "Sweet Flute" voice. However, the keyboard falls short with its lack of MIDI ports and limited output options, providing only a headphone jack. The 32-note polyphony could also be a limitation for some users. Overall, it’s a solid choice with some connectivity drawbacks.

Great way to jot down ideas

I've had this piano for 11 years, got some moisture in it. Once it dried out it worked fine. The display light when out about a year in, which is fine because I only use it for the grand sound anyway.
