As recalled by his guitar tech Chris Schlyer, Justin Chancellor uses the Wal Mark III Bass on "Right in Two".
At 2:33, the package that Justin Chancellor is opening is a gold color package of Ernie Balls with strings ranging from 45, 65, 85, and 105. This is the 4 string Hybrid Slinky Round Wound set.
As recalled by his guitar tech Chris Schlyer, Justin Chancellor uses the Wal 4string fretless Bass on "Lateralus" and in "Rosetta Stoned".
In this 1995 live Oakland performance of TOOL, Justin Chancellor also known for his repertoire in Peach, ISIS, and M.T. Void, is seen playing a Gibson Thunderbird Bass for the song "Prison Sex".
According to the Dunlop website, Justin Chancellor uses 1mm Tortex Triangle picks.

Justin recieved this bass in September 2017 and many theorise it will be used to record the 5th Tool album which at the time of writing has yet to be released or officially confirmed. The bass has a Bubinga Pommelé body, a Wenge neck with Afzeilia stripes and a Tiger Stripe Ebony fretboard. The bass also has custom made Nordstrand MM style pickups.
In the DunlopTV's source, it's explained that the Demeter Amplification VTBP-201S Bass Preamp runs directly to the PA system.
