The bassist can be seen playing a Fender American Elite Jazz Bass. Pretty clear at 36:31.

It seems like this bass is used for most live shows, and it would be safe to assume it's also used on their studio albums.

Boutique Pedal manufacturer third stone devices released two pictures on their instagram showing Tomo Katsurada from Kikagaku Moyo with third stone pedals : "psychonaute phase 90" and "venus in fuzz". On second picture where you can clearly see his board it looks like he added the boutique phase 90 to his board and replaced his original fuzz with the "venus in fuzz"
