Boutique Pedal manufacturer third stone devices released two pictures on their instagram showing Tomo Katsurada from Kikagaku Moyo with third stone pedals : "psychonaute phase 90" and "venus in fuzz". On second picture where you can clearly see his board it looks like he added the boutique phase 90 to his board and replaced his original fuzz with the "venus in fuzz"
