From the very beginning of my musical career, the jazzmaster was the guitar of my dreams. It is beautiful both in appearance and in sound. And of course, as soon as I had the money for a new guitar, I didn't even think about it, and I immediately bought it. Overall, I got exactly the sound I wanted. This is my main guitar right now, and I think it will be my main guitar for a very long time. I really love this guitar.
Effect Pedals 10
I wanted a TK style clean boost, so after searching for alternatives, I decided on the DemonFX. The pedal is very flexible, allowing for both a light clean boost and serious crunch. I've had this pedal in my setup for over a year now, and I don't plan on replacing it (until I buy the original Vemuram Jan Ray).
I chose this pedal because it overdrives the sound as honestly as possible, without a midrange boost like in the SD-1 or TS.
The best overdrive pedal for indie, pop rock, etc.
At one point, I suddenly had a need to buy a distortion pedal, so I went to a website with Used pedals and accidentally found Hot Rod. After watching the first review I saw, I immediately bought it, as I couldn't have found a more versatile pedal for that price.
Overall, this pedal was able to cover all my needs, as it can sound like something between overdrive and distortion (which is what I needed), as well as DS-1 or even fuzzface. I don't know what else to write, a good pedal, how else to praise it?
I was looking for an alternative to TK-style solo-overdrive. I found reviews that the Barbarossa Gargoyle was similar to the Centaur-style overdrive. Since I had a DemonFX Jan Ray for clean boost, I decided to use their Centaur-style overdrive. Overall, I got everything I wanted in terms of sound, but after a while, the pedal started beeping when I turned it on. Replacing the button solved the problem.
