What about amps?
"[Peavey] 5150, Framus Cobra and then Fender Vibrolux for clean tones. "
Adam used a PRS Custom 22 after leaving Parker. In this interview, he talks about using a Custom 22 to record Times of Grace's "The Hymn Of a Broken Man"
"A Custom 22 – I have a green one and a blue. I'm using the Dragon 2 pickups."
In this interview, Adam talks about using his "old 5150" to record the majority of Times of Grace's "The Hymn of a Broken Man."
"I used my old 5150 a lot though – it's one of the first series ones. They sound the best. It gurgles and sounds a little more focused than most 5150s. It's my go-to head and I believe they modelled after the old Soldanos so it's kind of the same sound – lots and lots of gain, very hot rodded gain."
From an interview in 2006:
"IC: What amps do you use live nowadays?
A: I’ve got a Mesa/Boogie Roadster and Joel [Stroetzel] is using a Mesa Triple Rectifier."

Adam said: "I've stopped working with Parker now, although I USED A Fly ON THE ALBUM. They had a tremendous revamping of their company… so I wasn't in touch with those guys any more(...)"
"The Adam Dutkiewicz Signature Fly opens Parker Guitars to a new genre of music. Adam "D" of Killswitch Engage required an EMG-81 active pickup in the bridge position and an EMG-85 active pickup in the neck position to provide the heavier tones needed for his instrument. Combined with the many innovative features of the Parker Fly and you have an instrument that sets a new standard for electric guitars used by players of heavy rock and metal. The Parker Fly Electric Guitar is light, fast, and amazingly versatile."

"This is my special model, one of the guys who design guitars at Caparison was nice enough to draw me one of favorite things in the world on my guitar; pizza. This is my signature model, the TAT [model] through and through and it's based upon that."

A: Ok, cool and what did you write the record with?
Adam D: Actually a Schecter 7 string because, I actually bought the 7 string like years and years and years ago. It was sitting in my closet and you know, when I went into the making of this record, I just wrote some songs that just felt like they needed to be on a 7 string, so yeah.
Adam mainly opts for a single pickup in his guitars. This is to minamize the risk of shorting out electronics when he sweats on stage. However in his backup guitar, Adam has a fluence single width pickup in the neck, along with the fluence kse bridge pickup.
Adam mentions that he uses this for his clean channel.

From an interview in 2011:
"What amps are you using live these days?"
"A Splawn Nitro. A small company in the US. Basically it sound like a Marshall 800 with tremendous balls – much more low end than a regular Marshall. I like definition in the upper mid range – not too fizzy at the top.""
Adam and Joel designed a pickup set with fishman. The set was designed to match the wide range of tones in the kse sound. voice 1 is based on the fishman moden pickup, but with a tighter bass response. voice two is based on the passive tone the two guitarists love. it is a more vintage/medium output sound. voice three is based on a more split/single coil tone. Adam opts for just a bridge pickup in his guitars. This is to minamize the risk of breaking electronics while sweating on stage
