He played through those amps regularly in 2011 and 2012. Also, he demonstrated this amplifier during NAMM in 2011.

Possibly this amp was also featured in2011 Guitar Player interview.

I cut the whole album with my Ernie Ball Music Man Silhouette with D. Allen pickups and my Bolt amplifier. I’m using the Bolt 2x12 combo. It’s a three-channel amp that’s just monstrous. Since I’ve had that amp I’ve been downsizing my pedalboard because I really haven’t needed as many pedals.

“I am SO excited, and proud, to see the release of my new JH signature KILO-WAH! Gig-fx has built me the perfect Wah pedal that matches my playing in versatility. My pedal is lightweight, and is very user friendly with no on/off switches to worry about. It features a big bright LED that even a blind boy can see on stage. The four Wah effects, built in, offer a nice sweet tone with a deep sweep. My pedal is just simply awesome!!!! Gig-fx ROCKS, and the proof is in the pickin.’ Go out, and put a Gig-fx JH KILO-WAH under your foot today!!!!! It’s a wah stompin’ good time!!!!!!!!”

"But Ricky was really the main reason I turned to electric guitar, and I must tell you, for all the folks listening out there, the first pedals I really got turned on to were BOSS pedals. Moving to Nashville in ’96, I had a little BOSS treble box, a TU-series tuner, the CS-3 Compressor, the BD-2 Blues Driver, and a DD-3 Delay."

"I actually found an old CS-2 compressor, and I found the old three-knob red analog delay Boss had [DM-2] and, of course, the Blues Driver. But, then, I got turned on to the DS-1, and I’ve just been turned onto the new Mega Distortion [MD-2]."

"Yeah, the Giga Delay. I’ll tell you what. With that delay unit, the analog delay sounds very analog, and the tape delay feature is just a killer, because you can get that little echo slap, and I just really dig that. I’ve used the DD-3 and DD-5 in the past, but the Giga Delay just offers so much more. I love the tap tempo feature, having the preset modes…"

Johnny also has his 1939 Gibson J-45, that belonged to his grandfather, and his 1968 D-35 Martin, that he uses in the studio.

Interview with guitar.com.

Then of course, my granddad left a 1939 (Gibson) J45 behind and of course, he passed away when my dad was 6-months old so my dad didn't really get a chance to know his own dad either, but I'm his namesake as well, so of course, my dad doesn't play and so the guitar got passed on to me. I still have the guitar. I'll never part with it. So my dad used to tune that guitar through an open E chord and I used to play kind of like Jeff Healey, with my fingers and thumb to bar the bass runs and things like that. And I did that probably up until I was 10 years old. And that's when my dad took me for my first lesson which basically, I learned 6 chords. That's pretty much what spawned it all. But even in the time I wasn't playing correctly, I still did a TV show. I did "Big Stacy's Jamboree" when I was 7.

Also, this guitar was mentioned in his interview with Vintage Guitar.

The only other guitar I used on the record is the ’68 Martin D-35 I played on the acoustic tune I wrote for my wife, “My Sweet Kimmie Girl,” and a resonator on part of “Chicken Pickin’ Heroes.”
