Jonny Greenwood's Gear
"Warren miked all vocals with Shure Beta 87As, and used Shure MC50Bs for acoustic piano and Glockenspeil, Audio-Technica mics for guitar, Sennheiser 504s and a Shure Beta 98 on the drums, and an Audix OM3 for guitarist Jonny Greenwood's amp." - Mix Online.
Johnny in this version of "The Numbers" plays into a Vox AC30 Combo amplifier. Seated above the amplifier, a vintage CR78 is being used as the drum track for this performance. The machine is also reference in the title of the Youtube video.

Jonny began using the Ondes Martenot during the recording of Radiohead's Kid A, and has used it in many of his subsequent projects. His advocacy of the instrument helped revived public interest in it after years of falling into obscurity.

"On the recent live performances of Bending Hectic with The Smile, Jonny used an Earthquaker Devices Hizumitas fuzz pedal. The Hizumitas is based on the “Elk Big Muff Sustainar”, a vintage knockoff of the EHX Big Muff with a modified tone control circuit. That said, any Big Muff version will get very close to that sound (except perhaps the OpAmp version).
Jonny’s solo on that song sounds very Malkmus-inspired, and perhaps the pedal was too, given how many Earthquaker pedals Malkmus used on his recent solo tours, and Malkmus’s 2019 interview with Earthquaker. Jonny added the Hizumitas pedal to his board part-way through the May-July tour, along with an Electro-Harmonix Pitch Fork." -The King of Gear, https://thekingofgear.com/post/701105264119742464/jonny-greenwoods-pedalboards-for-the-smiles

Jonny used the Korg Prophecy in the studio version of "Lift", he also used it in the live concerts, as shown in the source, you can see Jonny playing the Korg Prophecy at minute 2:23.
Jonny's Korg Prophecy was the band's "secret weapon" during the "Ok Computer" sessions between 1995-1998. Besides using the Prophecy on "Lift", it was also used on the studio version of "Airbag" and "Climbing Up The Walls", on these tracks he used it as an attempt to emulate an Ondes Martenot (that's why when he got a real Ondes Martenot he got rid of the Prophecy before the Kid A/Amnesiac sessions). You can also see the Prophecy in action in live performances of the tracks "Talk Show Host", "Planet Telex", and "Paranoid Android" (the latter he only used it once live) between 1996 and 1998.

Since we finished the Kickstarter run of the Feral Glitch last year, we’ve been tweaking the design both to improve its features and to simplify its design. The original Feral Glitch was great for a small Kickstarter run, but it was much too complicated and expensive to produce at scale. With this new design, we’ve created a version of the pedal that provides even better performance while cutting down on cost and production time. It loses some of the Feral Glitch’s bonus features (such as the high-pass filter), but retains all of the pedal’s essential abilities, and the result is an extremely intuitive glitch device.
