Reso's Gear
Reso uses Logic Pro throughout most of his video with Future Music magazine. It's distinctly Logic Pro 9 because, in addition to the interface being distinct from X/10, he opens up several windows which distinguish between 32-bit plugins (in his case, WOW by SugarBytes) and non-32-bit plugins. Logic Pro 8 was incapable of running 64-bit plugins, and Logic Pro X does not support 32-bit plugins, so the version used here must be 9.
Find it on:
"Ozone... just for the limiter, actually, just sort of... cheating a little bit."(2:55)
(After pulling up the Linear Phase EQ on his screen) "More, uh, EQ, just like, bringing out... cut out certain trouble spots..."(3:02)
3:20 into his video with Future Music, Reso pulls up NI Massive for his sub-bass.
5:50 into his "In The Studio" video, Reso opens the Waves C6 plugin.
Find it on:
"I think here... just using the EnVerb in Logic, which is, y'know, envelope reverb. It has that nice kind of delay... it's a really cool effect." (8:22)
"...just an overdrive on it, just to give it a bit of a... you can hear it, it's distorting a bit."(11:30)
While these speakers are visible throughout the video (starting two seconds in), at the 55 second mark, in the upper-left-hand corner, we see the Rokit 8 mark exclusive to the G2 models (in the G3 models, the "8" appears to the right of the word "Rokit" and not below it as it appears here).
Four seconds into his In The Studio video, Reso can be seen with a Big Knob to the left of his studio desk.
"Here, my old favorite, the Transient Shaper, just to give it some more attack, really" (27:24)
Immediately as the video starts, the Apogee Duet can be spotted on top of a red book near the right side of the shot, just left of the computer screen.
11 seconds into this video, we can see the Oxygen 25 on Reso's desk. 15 seconds in, we get a closer view of the top of the interface.
In his video with Future Music, Reso can be seen using a 27" iMac in his studio.
At 14:23 in this video, Reso can be seen using Sausage Fattener within Logic.
Find it on:
At 5:38 in this video, Reso can be seen using Logic's EXS24 Sampler.
At 11:46 in this video, Reso can be seen using FabFilter Pro-C within Logic.
At 12:29 in this video, Reso can be seen using FabFilter Pro-Q within Logic.
At 14:00 in this video, Space Designer can be seen on a channel in the far right of the mixer within Logic Pro.
