In this video from Godlyke Distributing, the rythym guitarist of Cannibal Corpse Rob Barrett is seen playing his custom, one-of-a-kind Dean Cadi-KILL 6 string signature guitar. The paint job was created by Mike "Pooch" Pucciarrelli using with acrylic paint and brushes onto his limited edition Cadi-KILL guitar. It was supposed to be used to record the "Kill" album but the headstock cracked on the way to the studio so he used one of Pat's guitars, the Cadi-Kill was eventually repaired.
At 0:55, when talking about his rig, Rob Barrett says he's using a Metal Zone pedal.
"The main thing about this pedal is the middle knob right here, the low boost. That is the key...This just gives that little extra bite to it," says Rob Barrett, at 0:30 in this video.
Played this guitar during his early years with Cannibal Corpse and was used on their fourth album "The Bleeding". It also appeared in the Ace Ventura movie. It was sometimes used live for C# songs during his second stint in Malevolent Creation and also HatePlow too but he mostly used his 2 Les Paul's during that time.
At 7:45 in this video, Rob Barrett shows his 1989 Les Paul Standard. It has a Charvel passive pickup in the neck and an EMG 81 in the bridge. It was used on Retribution (Malevolent Creation album), Vile, and all the C# Standard Malevolent Creation and HatePlow songs. It's now retired but still gets used for rhythm tracking on Cannibal Corpse albums.
"I'm using Dual Rectifiers with a Metal Zone and a noise suppressor," says Rob Barrett, at 0:54 in this video.
Video is set to the exact point where Rob admits to using one on stage and shows the camera the exact guitar.

Dunlop website lists both Cannibal Corpse players as using their new Heavy Core series of strings.

Rob can be seen here playing on Pat's B.C. Rich Custom Shop Jr. V. He was not the owner and only ever used it in studio. Supposedly his custom Dean Cadillac got damaged prior to the studio sessions for Kill and so he played them on Pat’s guitar instead.
Rob used this guitar on one song on the "Kill" record, practiced with it during the recording of "Evisceration Plague" and most of the time used it on the B Standard tuned HatePlow and Malevolent Creation songs along with the Les Paul Standard used on the "Vile" album for the C# Standard songs.

Rob Barrett played Phil Fasciana's Jackson Randy Rhoads V during live performances featured on the "Created Live" DVD, which was released without the band's consent. Fasciana used the guitar for Malevolent Creation and HatePlow tracks tuned to C#. Notably, it was tuned to B for the HatePlow live album recorded on tour with S.O.D.

Rob started using EMG pickups during the "Vile" era, in his Les Paul Standard he has an EMG 81 in the bridge position and a charvel passive in the neck, the rest of his guitars with EMG's have an 85 in the neck (which he doesn't use live, not sure if he uses them in the studio).
This YouTube channel is run by the gentlemen who sets up the guitars for Cannibal Corpse, Granville Guitars in FL. He showcases the specifications of the instruments for all of the fans. This is one of the new custom shops Rob uses for his 2022 tours of Violence Unimagined specifically for the G# Standard tuning. Cannibal also has switched to using Fishman Fluence Modern pickups over the years. However Rob still used his Gibson Les Paul for some tracking on Violence Unimagined.
