In photo #2 of this slideshow a young Slash can be seen with a Travis Bean guitar.
This guitar was later used for playing slide on the songs "Bad Obsession", "The Garden", "Shine" and "Rusted Heroes".
Slash is known for his Gibson 20th Anniversary 1957 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty, affectionately dubbed "Black Death." This guitar is prominently featured in numerous images available through a Google search, underscoring its significance in his collection.

In a Premier Guitar Rig Rundown video, at the 3:04 mark, Adam Day mentions that Slash uses the MXR Custom Audio Electronics MC-402 Boost/Overdrive.
Slash mainly uses Ernie Ball Power Slinky RPS 11-48 strings. "Ernie Balls have been consistently great sounding," he says in this interview at (0:15). "They don't oxidize too fast, and they don't break. They're tremendously reliable.," he said.
Interview with Vintage Guitar magazine in 2005. "Yes. I’ve used a lot of acoustics. I used the Martins the most during the Use Your Illusion recordings."
Throughout this video, the whole guitar section can be seen using Guild acoustic guitars. Slash is playing what I believe is a JF30 model Guild acoustic guitar. (0:22 provides a somewhat better view of Slash)
According to Slash's guitar tech, Slash's main guitars are the "Slash AFD guitars. They're replicas of the Les Pauls he used on the Appetite for Destruction album, and every album since then. (0:25). "He actually used the original guitar on the last album, but we keep it safely put away - we use copies Gibson makes for us that are awesome guitars in their own right," the tech said.
Red Monkey has been hand building Slash's guitar straps for years.
"'I've been using Tortex® Picks for over 25 years,' [Slash] said. 'No other picks compare.'" Found on Slash's official Dunlop artist page.
The Marshall AFD100 is Slash's signature head designed to replicate the amp Slash used on Appetite for Destruction. "This is a limited edition," Slash's guitar tech says in this video at (7:00). "We usually start with all the settings around 6 and then dial in for the room," he said.
In the Ernie Ball video titled "Ernie Ball Paradigm: Stronger Than Slash," Slash is shown with the MXR EVH-117 Analog Flanger on his pedalboard. This flanger is used in live performances with Guns N' Roses for songs like "Coma" and the intro of "My Michelle," where he pairs it with a Roland JC-120. Additionally, Slash employs the flanger during the solo of "Estranged" on their 2017 tour.

"... made popular by Van Halen, like that Panama sound. We use it a little bit here and there - actually in only one part of the set right now. So that's an effect that I hit very rarely, and you know, it's got kind of an interesting color to it."

In the YouTube video "Nothing To Say, live in Melbourne," Slash can be seen using a Marshall JVM410H guitar amplifier head.
In the YouTube video titled "Slash and Zakk Wylde guitar duel/duet" by kingyshell, Slash can be seen using the Orange Rockerverb MKII 100-Watt Tube Guitar Amp Head.
A 1967 Gibson ES-335 was used for the rhythm parts of "Back To The Moment" as well as "Loving The Alien".
The Marshall Vintage Modern 2466 100 watts head is an all-valve single channel amplifier with a choice of two dynamic ranges selectable by footswitch. Slash only used it with Velvet Revolver.
Although he probably just poses with it, you can see Slash with this guitar from 6:13 onwards.
Around 2:20 you can Slash using what appears to be an EMB Audio Remote, pls correct me if I a wrong.
You can see slash has a Blacktop HH Jaguar with the matching headstock in the far left corner of the photo.
Slash uses the Marshall 1960 BX 4x12 cabinet.
The 1990 Gibson Les Paul 12-String was used for the rhythm section for the piece "You Got No Right".
