Afrojack's Gear
Afrojack rocks the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II headphones during his live DJ sets.
According to the Image Line artists page, Afrojack has been using Fruity Loops ever since he started out producing. He says:
"I started using it when i was about 11 years old, just for fun, making remixes and mixing records through each other just for fun, FL studio felt really easy and obvious, and I never stopped using it."

"...my synths mainly come out the Sylenth1 VST."

A photo shared by Afrojack on Twitter in July 2013 shows his studio gear setup. On the left side of the pic is the box for an M-Audio Fast Track Pro interface. It's possibly a new piece of gear and still in the box, or the audio interface Afrojack uses when traveling.
In an interview with Image-Line, Afrojack says "...my production environment is mostly my laptop and Beyerdynamic DT pro 880 headphones..."
In this screenshot of an Afrojack Instagram story, he can be seen using the black colored version of the M-Audio Code 61 MIDI Controller Keyboard.
In an interview Afrojack says "I use almost only standard fruity compressors for effects, my main synths come out of the Arturia Juno and NI Massive / Pro 53, but also Fruity’s old 3xosc..."
At 1:14 of the video "March Of The Afrojack" he can be seen wearing the DT 770 headphones by Beyerdynamic.
In a tweet, he also recommends these headphones for their strong bass reproduction, saying they are suitable for overdriving and/or EQing a kick drum.
Afrojack on how he masters his tracks (from an interview on the defunct thefreshbeat.com):
Well the “final mixing” then, I use a lot of Waves plug-ins, won’t say anything but the last thing it goes through is the L3, and between all the compressors and other effects there is also an Izotope Ozone. For easy/light mixing I used to use a Kaerhus or something “Classic Master Limiter”, still use it on my laptop but I dropped it from my Final Mix in summer 2008, it does a good job but not as precise as the Waves Plug-ins for instance
An Afrojack Instagram shows he produces on a MacBook Pro running FL Studio (likely using Bootcamp to install Windows on his Mac).
The photo also shows Afrojack using Beyerdynamic DT 770 Headphones plugged directly into the laptop's audio input, which probably makes the headphones the 80 ohm version, since those can be adequately driven with portable devices (thanks to Equipboard member alesmasek for the great explanation!).
In this photo of Afrojack performing live, he can be seen wearing V-Moda LPs, as can be distinguished by their unique shape and the locations of the holes.
On Afrojack's studio desk on the left you could see the Lynx Studio Technology: Hilo Reference A/D D/A Converter System.
In this Instagram video clip, Afrojack can be seen DJing on an airplane. His DJ setup is the Pioneer XDJ-RX, an all-in-one DJ system for rekordbox with a dual-deck.
He captions the video:
Partying 40.000ft in the air!!!! #WCD #BigCityBeats SONG = Rui - Feel Alright
In Afrojack's Remix of "Moombah" at 0:58, a sample that plays says "TURN UP THE BASS!" This sample comes from Vengeance Vocal Essentials Vol. 1 and the official sample name is "VVE1 Vocal Phrases 129." The sample can be found in the following directory:

Afrojack uses the Apogee Ensemble Audio Interface. It can be seen on his desk in the studio.

"I looove the nexus, it has all the famous sounds in its presets and it has an easy and clear setup that's perfect for endless tweaking to get that one sound you wanted!"

On his Razer laptop, Afrojack can be seen using Rekordbox software while performing live at JACKED Homecoming.
In this interview afrojack is asked for some of the software that he uses: "Break down your equipment both hardware and software for mixing and production.", Kaerhus or something “Classic Master Limiter”
In this Instagram, Afrojack took a picture of his Yamaha MOTIF XF and telling everyone how he is spending his thanksgiving.
In this Instagram shot Afrojack can be seen using the Sugarbytes Effectrix plugin (top right) along with a lot of other effect plugins.
