According to the Image Line artists page, Afrojack has been using Fruity Loops ever since he started out producing. He says:

"I started using it when i was about 11 years old, just for fun, making remixes and mixing records through each other just for fun, FL studio felt really easy and obvious, and I never stopped using it."

"...my synths mainly come out the Sylenth1 VST."

A photo shared by Afrojack on Twitter in July 2013 shows his studio gear setup. On the left side of the pic is the box for an M-Audio Fast Track Pro interface. It's possibly a new piece of gear and still in the box, or the audio interface Afrojack uses when traveling.

Well the “final mixing” then, I use a lot of Waves plug-ins, won’t say anything but the last thing it goes through is the L3, and between all the compressors and other effects there is also an Izotope Ozone. For easy/light mixing I used to use a Kaerhus or something “Classic Master Limiter”, still use it on my laptop but I dropped it from my Final Mix in summer 2008, it does a good job but not as precise as the Waves Plug-ins for instance

An Afrojack Instagram shows he produces on a MacBook Pro running FL Studio (likely using Bootcamp to install Windows on his Mac).

The photo also shows Afrojack using Beyerdynamic DT 770 Headphones plugged directly into the laptop's audio input, which probably makes the headphones the 80 ohm version, since those can be adequately driven with portable devices (thanks to Equipboard member alesmasek for the great explanation!).
