Chris Cornell can be seen using a Cherry Burst Les Paul Custom to a Silverburst Custom from about 3:00 to the rest of the Pinkpop '92 show.
In this photo, Chris Cornell can be seen using his pearl Gretsch Duo Jet.
In a live performance with Soundgarden in 1996, Chris Cornell is seen using a Shure SM57 microphone, as captured in a YouTube video by Ruslanow.
According to Martin's website, Cornell uses Martin DCPA4 guitar.
As explained in the video (47:25), Chris owns a Gibson Les Paul 1960 Standard V.O.S. His guitar tech says, “Right now it’s got Microfarad .02 capacitors in it. This guitar from the Gibson factory comes with Bumble Bee capacitors. I believe it’s the same value, but I’m going to throw the Bumble Bees back in, because that makes it the entire V.O.S type of thing. Love this guitar… sometimes we’re using it in standard tuning, and in other times I’m using it for ‘4th of July’ which is gonna have drop-C…”
In this video you can hear Chris's guitar tech talking about the guitar @ 43:32
Can be seen clearly at the 2:48 mark. This photo and this photo also display his use of the Jazzmaster. Used throughout the Superunknown/Down On The Upside tours.
As seen in the source picture, the T-Rex Reptile is on his pedalboard of this article by Premier Guitar about his and his band's gear.
As it can be seen in the video (49:59), the model Chris owns has a humbucker on the bridge and a P90 on the neck.
Stephen Ferrara (Chris Cornell's guitar tech): “Chris uses that as a dirty delay – he drives it a little bit so it actually kicks up the volume when he uses it and he overloads the level slightly. He’ll kick this in every now and again at the beginning of a song – he’s got it with a lot of repeats right now.”
According to Martin's website, Cornell uses Martin D-28 Marquis. The guitar is fitted with a A2.2 B-Band system
Guitar Center writes in this article ""I sold about 5 or 6 Tele re-issues. I had to use a lot of them onstage because Soundgarden had so many different tunings. I sold a bunch of those and bought one '52 Telecaster. I had to sell all those guitars just to buy it! It was expensive but it's an amazing guitar! I always wondered how much truth there was to the myth that vintage guitars are better than new guitars and I suppose if you get the right guitar it's true, because this guitar is just amazing."
Chris Cornell frequently used the Divided by 13 JRT 9/15 guitar amplifier head, paired with 2 x FTR 37 cabinets, during performances with Soundgarden. This setup is visible in footage from their 2010 Lollapalooza performance, as captured in a video by Alexandre Fontenele on YouTube.
Chris used a Mesa boogie blended with a Marshall JMP50 and most of his songs on superunkown. As shown in the article.
Chris Cornell has been using the AE3300 during the last few years of his career. This microphone has been mainly employed for his acoustic sessions e.g. Walmart soundcheck series (2011), KROQ Acoustic Xmas (2015), Sirius XM Sessions (2015), CBS This morning sessions (2017).
This photo and this photo show Chris Cornell using a Stratocaster.
For the Audioslave performance at Pinkpop 2003, he used a Gretsch Dreadnaught Rancher Acoustic.
As seen in the source article, two Savage Amps Rohr 15 are being used and switched by Chris Cornell.
Soundgarden's Chris Cornell can be seen playing a Gibson Hummingbird in this video for Like a Stone.
He used this guitar in the badmotorfinger era on songs like rusty cage as you can see in the video.
"He runs two pedalboards, one for acoustic and one for electric. The acoustic board consists of an Ernie Ball volume pedal, Boss FRV-1 reverb, TU-2 tuner and a Radial Tonebone PZ-Pre acoustic preamp. Electric-wise, there’s a Menatone King of the Britains, Electro-Harmonix HOG, Digitech Jamman, Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man and MXR 10-Band Graphic EQ, all powered by a Dunlop DC Brick. It’s an impressive selection and one that ensures Cornell’s acoustic shows are so much more than just, well, acoustic."
As it can be seen in the video (52:28), Chris runs one of this amps at 15 Watts.

For the Martin D28 Marquis he used Ernie Ball (not sure what type) gauge 0.11-0.52
The link is a video to Audioslave playing "I Am the Highway". In many of the closeup shots of Chris Cornell, you can read his mic, just below the grille, and it says "Shure SM58".
he used on black hole sun
You can see two Surh PT 100s with cabs on the stage, that Chris was using on the Spring 2017 Soundgarden tour. Apparently, one head belongs to Pete Thorn, and he talks about it and about Chris using the amps, blending the sounds from the two PT100s, in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7ndyZXlYig&t=2s
I was also at the final show in Detroit and saw the amps on stage. They were set up to Chris' left, near Ben's bass rig. Kim's amp and cabs were on the other side of the stage.
"[Jeff] Buckley bought this 12 string Rickenbacker 360 with the money from his first advance after getting signed with Sony. (...) This guitar was actually gifted to the late Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell after Buckley’s death by his mother after contributing to the posthumous release Sketches For (My Sweetheart The Drunk)."
