Description
The H-7600 was introduced in 1984 as Hondo's entry level Strat copy, slotting below the H-760. It's most easily visually differentiated from an H-760 by its lack of a model number on the headstock. In 1987, the H-75/76/77 joined the lineup, slotting below the H-7600, and in 1988, the H-760 was discontinued and the H-7600 effectively replaced it.

It's... Weird
I found this guitar at a fleamarket back in 2019 and I thought it looked kind of cool. I tried looking for information on it and only found similar looking versions of it and not exactly the one that I have. Never the less it's a fun guitar. It's not my favourite but it sounds suprisingly good and I have used it mostly during smaller scale gigs when I've needed a nice warm clean tone. The guitar itself has a 5-way mic switch, one volume knob and two tone knobs. The bridge is a one-way tremolo but it didn't come with a whammy bar, I've used a fender stratocaster whammy bar the few times that I've used the tremolo. A little bit of information that I could find on the piece is that it was made in between 1984 and 1987 as a entry-level strat.
