Thirty years later I still love this thing.
Bought in 1989, it's my favorite bass over my 80s ESP and 00s Attitude Special (The basic one, not the official Billy model). Not sure why the other reviewer changed so many parts on his. All I added was strap locks.

Has potential
I've been playing with this bass for a couple of years, it's not the best tone I ever had, but it's the tone I need to play my music. Excellent for beginners.
I customized part of the bass, like the microphones, the bridge and pegs. That gave me a better result.
