Very unknown, yet powerful tool.
The name is no exaggeration: It's basically a third hand. It can simulate an open tuning but the intervals on the fretboard don't change. Takes some time to get used to it but now I don't want to play without it anymore.
The production is being discontinued but the last are still for sale at partialcapo.com
