Description

The Custom Srarfinder 212VF 1967 by WEM (Watkins Electric Music).

The “Starfinder” name was used by WEM/Watkins for their speaker cabinets starting in the mid-1960s.
For example, a listing for a mid-‘60s Starfinder 2×12 cabinet (1964-66) describes Goodmans Audiom 61 speakers in the unit.
WEM gear has a following because of its use by British rock acts and the rugged road-worthy design; the “Starfinder” cabinets in particular are sought after for the look and tone.
