In this video, Albert Hammond Jr talks about his signature model Fender Strat:

My name is Albert Hammond Jr, and this is my signature Strat. There is something about this guitar and how it looks and how it feels that is comforting. The pickups and the neck are the two main factors. So they give you a feel in your hands, and a sound that starts you off on where you want to go. I feel like that, sonically, is what's going to make the unique difference between this Strat and another Strat. So we were building it with the same intensity that I play. I wanted a generation to grab it and just feel the same way I did when I grab it and not even know and just have this amazing guitar. I like the idea that it has pieces of me in it but it's a blank slate for someone else to have their own journey with.

This seems to be Albert Hammond Jr's primary guitar. He is rarely seen without it.

Albert Hammond, Jr. is currently showcasing its flexibility with his band The Strokes and has this to say about it:

"The Blackstar Artist 30 gives me amazing tube tone and the sonic options I need. From the studio to the stage it always delivers. It manages to do everything an amp should do!"

Albert and Nick from The Strokes use the Fender Hot Rod Deville 2x12 as their main recording and live amp. It can be seen throughout the video.

"A Fender Princeton Reverb saw plenty of action" - Guitar-Bass.net.

"his favourite new amp, as heard on the solo of Bargain Of The Century, is a Fender Super Champ XD (249 – it’s a valve amp but it comes equipped with onboard digital effects, handy for imitating many of the other tones showcased on the record)." - Guitar-Bass.net.

Both Albert and Nick of The Strokes used this amp.

2 amp heads of that kind, along with two 4x12 matching cabinets were seen with Hammond Jr. He used those amps especially for Strokes' performance at Bonnaroo, which happened on 12nd of June, 2015.

Although this video looks like it was filmed with a potato, 13:06 is the shot where he can clearly be seen with 2 Hiwatt DR504 heads.

Hammond was featured as a user of Hiwatt products, and there is a photo of him with the cabinets as well.
