Avey Tare's Gear
From Bandcamp description for Pandemic Dream #4 (2/5/2021), "Recorded by Avey Tare at home in quarantine June 2020 while experimenting with the Moog Subharmonicon Synth. "
In this AMA avey tare says he used the octatrack in the making and performing of eucalyptus
In this video, we can see how Avey Tare play his Fender Stratocaster and also how he sings one of the most beautiful melodies of this world.
According to his reddit AMA, Avey Tare used an Ensoniq ESQ-1 synth live during their Painting With era.
In terms of synthesizers, it's analogue all the way for Animal Collective: namely the Roland SH2 and Juno 60. "We've used them on almost every record for the last 10 years,” says Weitz. "The Juno we use primarily for mid?range or high?end melodic lines and the SH2 we use more for the bass sounds.
Since Avey plays most of the keyboards in AnCo we can assume Brian is referring to Avey when he mentions what keyboards they have used.

At 25:51 in this video (and many other times) Avey can be seen playing an early '90s black PRS EG.

Used live (and possibly in the studio) during the Down There era. Visible around 3:20 and throughout.
From the article, "I have one made by this company called Electron and it’s called a mono machine. I got it at the beginning of 2009 or something like that, I just started messing around with it." Avey composed all of Down There on the monomachine and still uses it today as he's credited with an Electron Synthesizer on Time Skiffs.
Avey is credited with playing a "Waldorf Pulse Synthesizer" on tracks 5 and 6 of Time Skiffs, although it's not specified whether it's the pulse 1 or 2. Full album credits can be found here https://collectedanimals.org/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5953&p=441257&hilit=Waldorf+pulse#p441257
