In this pic you can see that Mr. Wolfhard plays on a 12-string Danelectro. I’m not an expert but this and about 1 other pic is all I can find where you can spot Finn playing on a Danelectro 12-string so I assume that the both pics were taken on the same concert. I think it’s pretty cool that he have such a vartiation of the guitars he play, everyting from a fender duo sonic to this one!

In this photo we see Finn performing with a Fender Telecaster Deluxe. It looks as though the guitar’s tone and volume knobs/switch have been modified to resemble a traditional telecaster.

In the “Finn Wolfhard gets challenged by Mackenzie Davis to play iconic film scores on his guitar” you see that he uses this guitar. You can’t see the Yamaha logo because it’s covered by a capo, but in the movie When you finish saving the world, which he stars in alongside Julianne Moore, you can see that Finn’s uses this Guitar, with the same pickup as the pickup in the video. Which means it’s probably the same Guitar.
