He just got it from the Fender Custom Shop. It was built for him by Dennis Galuszka.
While not shown in the video nor seen on his pedalboard, when talking about the Tone-Lok series at 49:00 Frank says that he has the Tone-Lok FZ-7 Fuzz Pedal. He also has the CF-7 Chorus/Flanger and DE-7 Delay on his boards.
In this video Frank can be seen playing his signature Epiphone Wilshire Phant-o-matic, whilst wearing a Ernie Ball red polypro guitar strap.

In the recent return concert of My Chemical Romance, Frank Iero is seen to be using a Novo Serus J in bull black with fiesta red pickguard.
From 10:08 - 10:20 there is clear shots of Frank playing the (Eastwood) AIRLINE 59 3P "RIPLEY" CUSTOM on house of wolves.
This is the only time I've seen Frank play one but he for sure did here.
At Riot Fest 2013, Frank played this orange Gibson Grabber Bass while playing for Reggie and the Full Effect.
In this picture, you can see frank with an epiphone EB 3. You can tell it is a EB 3 as it has two pickups instead of one as the EB 0.

It was his first guitar and it used to be completly covered in stickers.
Frank has an epiphone coronet in his collection. He played one a friend had and loved it. He states it reminded him of the version from the 60s which he likes. Frank got Epiphone to send him one. he loves how light the weight is, as well as how affordable the guitar is. The only thing he changed out was the bridge. He did so to help with tuning stability of the guitar

Frank can be seen playing a Tobacco Sunburst Les Paul Custom in this picture, I've seen this mistaken as an aged silverburst before but they don't tend to age just as orange as the Tobacco Sunburst finish
