For Gibson interview, Hale said. “I have a lot of Gibson guitars. I have more than I deserve, probably. I originally chose the Explorer because it stood out. The reason I started playing guitar to start with was to stand out from the other acts where I was from. My signature guitar is a great instrument, but a Gibson guitar is more than that.
