Nick from Arctic Monkeys in this photo is seen playing a Hofner Club Bass. This bass has not been confirmed to belong to Nick O’Malley, as there is speculation that it belongs to Alex Turner - the frontman. The reasoning is that this bass was used in Turner’s side project The Last Shadow Puppets with Miles Kane.

At 7:47 of the Warp Speed Chic documentary, you can see Nick O'Malley playing what looks to be a Gibson J-45 Acoustic guitar in vintage sunburst. In all likelihood, given the band's frequent sharing of instruments, this is Alex Turner's guitar which he uses in this cover of the song, 'Suck it and see'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qx4tuQJ2aw
Though the J-45 is certainly a popular guitar for both studios and radio stations to carry on hand: both of the places where the guitars are played in the video examples, both guitars carry button tuners and the darker gibson logo. Such would suggest that the same guitar is in use.
In this article featuring an interview with Arctic Monkeys front of house engineer, Matthew Kettle, they write "Currently, lead singer Alex Turner uses an e935 dynamic mic with cardioid pattern, while the backing vocals of bass player Nick O’Malley and drummer Matt Helders come courtesy of an e945 and 904 respectively."
