Bottom left corner of Paul Banks' pedalboard is a yellow ZVex Effects Seek-Trem Hand Painted Tremolo pedal. (original source here, article dated March 31, 2015)
Paul Banks uses two pedalboards when playing alongside RZA as Banks & Steelz. This photo is of his smaller side pedalboard, which appears to be dedicated to pitch shifting and looping. For some Banks & Steelz songs performed live, Banks plays bass parts with his electric guitar, hence the need for octave pedals. His Electro-Harmonix Pitch Fork can be seen in this photo (taken at the Banks & Steelz Official 2016 ACL Fest Late Night Show at Antone's in Austin TX on Fri October 7, 2016).
Paul Banks can be seen using an EBow at 0:27 into this video of Take You on a Cruise.

At 9:08 of the video "Paul Banks - Full Performance (Live on KEXP)" you can see a close-up of the Dunlop Tortex pick wedged in the pickguard.

Paul Banks uses two pedalboards when playing alongside RZA as Banks & Steelz. This photo is of his smaller side pedalboard, which appears to be dedicated to pitch shifting and looping. His TC Electronic Ditto Looper pedal can be seen in this photo, and judging by its size and shape it appears to be the standard, mono version of the Ditto. This photo was taken at the Banks & Steelz Official 2016 ACL Fest Late Night Show at Antone's in Austin TX on Fri October 7, 2016.
In an interview about how Paul Banks writes and records music for his solo material, he mentions using an Apogee ONE USB guitar interface to get his guitar riffs into Logic Pro.
"If I write a guitar line, then I also have an Apogee One, so I can input my guitar into my laptop through that interface. It also has a really good microphone. So I just have a bass guitar and a regular guitar in my hotel room every day, and I would just get Logic-ed up instead of getting liquored up."
Original interview can be found here.
In this video of Paul Banks playing a DJ set in Houston, his headphones appear to match the Shure SRH440. A good look at them can be had starting at 23:45.
In this photo Paul Banks is seen playing a Guild S-100 Polara guitar.
A Seagull acoustic guitar is visible in this photo of Paul Banks' New York apartment. The original article from the New York Times is entitled Paul Banks Tours His Bright East Village Apartment.
In this photo, Paul Banks is using a dd-3. We know it is a dd-3 because the boss dd-3 has the power jack in the middle, and has been in production since 1986. It is not the dd-7, as that was released in 2008.
In this quote from Peter Katis, the producer of TOTBL and Antics, he says “The band have used Fender amps from the beginning, augmenting their sound on their debut with a handful of pedals and preferring pedals to amp reverb, with the humble Alesis MicroVerb featuring heavily on TOTBL: “Cheaper reverbs have a sound that is darker and messier and cooler…” said Katis. “Without that little $50 piece of gear, the record would’ve sounded totally different.”
Most recent picture I’ve seen of Paul's pedalboard. The Greer Gorilla Warfare Mk2 takes the spot of the previous Sea Machine.
