At 0:16 you can see Ray Libby using the Boss Blues Driver pedal in his rig for the Audiotree session.
In this video at 0:16 you can see the JHS Prestige pedal being used for the track (Rearview). There is not currently much info on Ray Libbys guitar rig or sound setup made public.
A photo from the band's page on Live Nation shows Ray Libby using a Vox AC30 Guitar Combo Amp during a performance.
You can see Ray use the POG Micro in this video at around 0:16 with a Boss Delay Pedal and a few others. Not sure which tracks from Language & Perspective he uses this on as there is not much info out on Ray and his guitar rig.
You can just about see Ray Libby use a Boss TU-3 at around 0:16 in this video.
In this video of Bad Suns performing Rearview for an Audiotree session you can see Ray Libby using a Boss DD-7 if you turn it up to 1080p and scrub through frames at around 0:18. It's definitely a DD-7 as the writing for Temo/Exp is there. In this video you can actually see him use it for this track which is really cool.
Here the band play Cardiac Arrest and it is possible to see that they are all wearing the same headphones and here is a close up of the Bass player. You can tell that these are M50s and not another model based on the silver circle and the size of the Audio Technica logo compared to the silver. These are not the M50x version as there is no Silver vertical line where the input jack should be on the Right ear.

Ray Libby plays Fender Strats extensively, one example of this can be seen in this video where he plays his white Strat.
During a studio session captured on Instagram, Ray Libby is seen using a Fender Telecaster.
At 0.51 in this performance on the Kimmel show, there is a distinctive Z.Vex pedal with 5 knobs. It looks like a Lo-Fi and proves that he plays one of the two Lo Fi pedals seen here on Christ Bowmans Instagram post:
