"I use this as a sound effect, when I hit the guitar or hit the strings up top. It's from the reggae school of things. It's a short delay but I have loads of repeats on it. It sounds like a flock of geese leaving the nest!"

At 2:52 in the video "Q&A Steve Cradock" you hear Steve say, "In the 90's i used to use Marshall stacks, sort of the JCM 800 series, and the more the better really. I also had them covered purple for some reason.... mabey i was going through a "Jimi Hendrix thing."

On page 9 of 'Marshall Law' #2 (Winter 1997) states "You guessed it Steve is a Marshall man through and through and has used a mixture of Marshalls through the years including JTM 45s, JCM 800s and JCM 900s and some recently acquired Marshall 4x12's."

Steve Cradock received a Rickenbacker 330 Electric Guitar from Paul Weller, which Weller had previously used during his time with The Jam. This is evidenced by a portrait shoot on Getty Images.
