In the top left corner in the board sits a green boss pedal with four knobs, an input jack an output jacks, as well as an "expression/control" jack which would indicate that this is almost undoubtedly a Boss PH-3 Phaser Pedal. (Blurry as the video may be.)

Seen at the 1:00 mark, (albeit blurrier than ever) the dark gray color of the pedal, number of knobs, as well as the very particular markings around and underneath the knobs would seem to indicate that Yoshiake Manabe is infact using a Boss RV-3 on this particular board.

In the Best Collection Band Score book a section is dedicated to showing all of the pillows' gear where we can see Manabe's effects board, which contains the Mega Distortion pedal.

At 0:21 we can see Manabe playing blue ESP 400 Series with rosewood fretboard. He used it in the "Ride on a Shooting Star" recordings and music video, but also live before the Fender Mustang.
