Description
Use it with extreme caution!
The MXR KFK-1 Kerry King Ten Band Equalizer was designed in conjunction with the legendary Slayer guitarist. This beastly, tattoo-covered pedal has all the functions of the M-108 times 2 with its dual outputs. The KFK-1 will help you shape thrash-approved, scooped-mid rhythm tones plus create raging sustain and feedback. It'll help you wring more thunderous low-end out of your rig than you ever thought possible. Use it with caution. And don't say we didn't warn you!

EQ and a boost pedal in one package
I use it as a boost and volume control in my "normal" rig and as a noise sculpting device in my noise rig. Pros: a lot of frequency sliders, 2 outputs, 2 volume sliders. Cons: only +-12 dB, tone sucking bypass.

A great tone sculpting tool
This is a great tool for shaping the sound of an instrument for a better fit within a mix. I use it mainly with the Roland TB-303 to exaggerate some of the higher frequencies for high register acid lines, or boost the low end for bass lines. Upping the gain control can create some nice distortion effects, together with the EQ allowing the tone to be sculpted with a lot more attention than anything which could be achieved with a standard distortion pedal. It's quick and easy to use, the 10 bands are very responsive. The illuminated sliders work as good reference when playing in a dark club. Recommended.

The Fish & chips is a great EQ for very little money. Not the most stable tho.
