The ESP SNAPPER-7 Ohmura Custom (right) is the 5th of 7 custom signature guitars ESP has issued to Takayoshi.
ESP Japan has this to say about the series.

Equipped with The '59 and Custom of the combination of Seymour Duncan pickup.
