Can't go wrong

I was recommended these Headphones over 25 years ago when purchasing my first studio

Still my favorite Sounding Headphone ALL Rounder

I now prefer the HD 26 but that's only because of the Body

They sound identical to the HD 26 & I still have the original HD 25's I brought all those years ago & all my clients love them too... I'm surprised they have lasted this long & still work as new

Amazing Sennheiser!

Huge Open Transformer Impedance

Tight Hard Transformer Impedance

5 Huge differences in Tube Gain - can sound as Clean as a Modern 'Solid' State of The Art R&B/Pop Vocal Record or Huge Tube Classic of 1960's Frank Sinatra Sound

Best Rock DI old school with nice crunch on bottom end (Eddie Van Halen's Favorite Classic DI)

Pultec Style Eq is Handy in any Basic way

Best Dynamic Vocal Mic All Rounder

Best Dynamic Vocal Mic All Rounder

Needs a lot of Gain but I only use the Best PreAmps with plenty Gain so no issue for me - but you might want a CloudLifter if you on a cheap interface...

Want a Dynamic Mic that sounds like a Condenser?

Yeah its Aggressive & Not a Soft Mic like a U47 but are you Rap Rock Hard Pop or Voiceover? Are you a Man (Screeching Banshee Woman) or a Mouse?

This is your Mic! - You know? - The one Michael Jackson used on Lead Vocals on Billie Jean, Beat It, Thriller, The Way You Make Me Feel & Bad (Bruce Swedien my Mentor RIP)

Excellent Rejection you can have it on in the Studio in front of your Monitors doing a Scratch Vocal

Works well on Amps & other stuff

Clean as a SM57 & Bigger & Cleaner than a SM58 on Acid!

Stop reading this silly review & get this MOFO in front of your Talent! - If you've got any?

The BEST Sounding Cable by FAR

Recorded Mixed (Bruce Swedien) & Mastered (Bernie Grundman) on ALL MJ's Hits since Bad Album

I can HEAR why...

An even see the details on the Screen when tested against the others

I used to LOVE My Canare 4 & Mogami Gold & Beldon & still do... - But this is Better ABSOLUTELY Sorry Guys!

I know it's EXPENSIVE like Duuurgh I Paid for it to line my whole Studio like Bruce Swedien - But still one of the Best Investments you can make in your Studio is GOOD Cable & this is The BEST! I never regretted it but I want the Absolute Best Quality No Excuses - That's just Me - FFS I could even Abseil off it! ;P hahh

The DEEPER Bottom - Lower Bottom - The WEIGHT in the BASS - Transients esp in Bass & No it's Not doing anything UnNatural Fake or 'Enhancing' but it's definitely DELIVERING COMPLETELY - The PUNCH! OMG - Front to Back Depth of Midrange... - Smoothness of Top - Its Silence - Its HUGE & Perfect in every way

Bruce Swedien's Kick Azz Kick Drum Mic on Classic Song "Billie Jean" Michael Jackson - Need I say anymore? :)

MIDI Interfaces

BEST Classic MIDI I/O & Clock

Studio Standard for a reason

Always was the Best multi input MIDI I/O & Clocking makes it even better

Still love the ease of use & stability, reliability of this unit

JUST WONDERFUL! They don't make them like they used to either

Audio Interfaces

Best All Round Control Interface

If you are used to SSL type PreAmps or at least RME as a Standard All Round PreAmp 'Safe' Sound

Want stunning modern conversion for all sorts of music without paying way too much for not much extra improvement

A great controller to control your studio (2 speaker outputs / talkback etc) & small easy to travel

The Sound almost ALL the Stars are using atm from R&B to Pop Rap & Rock

The Future of Control

It may be a relatively NEW approach

But I believe this is the Future way of Designing MUSIC & this Product is a most Amazing Start

Its almost Rolls Royce IMHO & I feel like I'm in 'Star Trek' working this way

Don't think I can just go back to my mouse & digital fader pot controller - Nope

Much More HUMAN way of Working & Interfacing My Computer

Condenser Microphones

Great 1980's Old School KICK Drum Mic

There's a reason this was Phil Collins favorite Kick Drum Mic on his most famous Hits in the 1980's ;)

Effects Processors

The Sweetest Cleanest most Modern Type Vocal of all the Worlds most Famous & used Vocal Compressor

The 1176 is the Best Clean Vocal Compressor you can get for nice control (Ballad Vocal) for that Classic Old School sound or still use on a State of the Art Modern Record

That's why Bruce Swedien always used this on Michael Jackson's Lead Vocals more than any other its also the exact model they seek out when its a classic ballad for a Celine Dion or Mariah Carey

The First A Revision (Blue Stripe) excels at Dirty Bass or Vintage Vocal etc - Black Version best all round but this last rarest model is the cleanest Sweetest of them all & can still hold its own an the Cleanest Modern Record & Not Sound Dated (Compressor OFF or less than -3dB of Compression GR)...

It SMASHES like a MOFO so well its the most 'Rounded' of Compressors for BASS (Industry Standard) & that 1980's Smashed Drum Sound (Roxette etc) All Buttons IN for Psychopathy

Not as Thickening as a LA2A or Pumpy as a DBX 160 or as Huge as a Fairchild - But for all the above it's Always #1

Acoustical Treatments

Hands Down the Best Acoustic Mixing Solution!

Nothing compares to this product for Mixing! Has to be HEARD to be Believed...
