Description

Prepare to unleash your inner shredder with the limited-edition Charvel Super Stock SC1. This electrifying guitar is not just an instrument; it's a statement of power and precision crafted for the modern rocker. With its lightning-fast compound-radius fingerboard and sculpted shredder’s heel, the Super Stock SC1 is engineered for speed, ensuring effortless playability up and down the neck.

At the heart of this beast lies an EVH Wolfgang bridge humbucker, delivering those iconic stinging highs and snarling mids that are quintessential to hard rock. Complementing it is the Seymour Duncan Li’l Screamin’ Demon neck pickup, which provides a big, open, percussive sound with a pronounced high-end that never crosses into harsh territory. Together, they offer a sonic palette that’s both versatile and distinctly powerful.

The Super Stock SC1 doesn't just sound great; it feels great too. Its lightweight, resonant alder body is both durable and comfortable, making it perfect for extended jam sessions. A Floyd Rose tremolo system ensures your tuning remains rock solid, even after the wildest dive-bombs and bends.

Whether you're channeling the legendary tones of Eddie Van Halen or crafting your own signature sound, the Charvel Super Stock SC1 is a reliable companion on your musical journey.

Charvel unleash the ultra cool Limited Edition Super Stock SC1 - Mixdown Magazine

mixdownmag.com.au

Charvel's Limited Edition Super Stock SC1 dazzles with its vintage-inspired relic finish and modern playability. Featuring an EVH Wolfgang pickup and a Seymour Duncan Lil' Screamin’ Demon, this guitar is designed for shredders seeking both style and substance. The slick maple neck and Floyd Rose tremolo system promise a performance that’s as fun as it looks. However, its limited availability might frustrate those eager to own one. Overall, it's a solid choice for players who appreciate both aesthetics and top-tier tone, but the scarcity could be a dealbreaker for some.

Great guitar with minor assembly issues

Maiden meets Van Halen-ish. Bought this one online in early 2020, appeared to be the last one available in europe. Plays and sounds great after adjusting to my taste. The single volume pot is a bit on the loose side though and cannot be tightened from underneath or have the knob removed from above. It actually appears to be soldered (!) on to the shaft.

All in all 4/5
