Description
- Indian rosewood fingerboard is used
. The fingerboard surface is coated with urethane as before. The tone of the regular model's ebony fingerboard is hard and upright, producing a strong, percussive sound, but on the other hand, it is also sensitive to the touch of the left hand. The Indian rosewood fingerboard has a slightly darker tone than the ebony fingerboard. The attack peak is suppressed, allowing you to play with an impression closer to a traditional bass, and it can be said that it is easier to balance the attack and sustain in terms of tone.
- Honduras mahogany body material.
Compared to the clear impression of the regular model's ash wood, this model has a gentle peak from the mid-range to the low range, while also providing a clear sound image of the attack. Furthermore, cell binding on the outer periphery of the body gives the sound a tighter resonance from the body top. It gives a tighter impression from the outside, but please note that the sharp body edges are intended to create a tonal effect.
Based on the Jackson 4/5, which changed the concept of electric fretless bass, this fretless bass is designed for a wider variety of music. We hope that many bassists will give it a try.
