warm Tube sound Distortion

Cost: 4 Versatility: 3.5 Sound: 4.5 Ease of use: 4 Build quality:5

I was looking for an analog way to distort my tracks, house - techno I've purchase a B-stock from Thomann. it add warm distortion, not so drastic, doesn't destroy the original source. the filter sound great, with the gain know you decide how much distort it. with 0, it just pass throw the filter. Useful Envelope Generator for any CV Input, State variable Resonating Filter. I use it 100% wet on my drums (exsternal Ableton audio fx) and i'm happy with the result!. I've try on the kick but it loose punch. as well on the main output. If you produce heavy techno... my advice is: pro co rat 2 On bass drum, use it as parallel distortion so i keep the original transient of the dry signal never try on guitar. I'll keep it

Luke Weiler of Positive Mental Trip is using many DREADBOX pedals on Bass as well as guitar tracks while tracking for the “Love Never Dies” album set to release at the end of August 2019. Luke has used the DREADBOX “ Omikron” extravagant waveshaper, “Epsilon” Versatile distortion,” Lamda 2”extensive Filter, “Kappa 2 “supreme controller/8 step sequencer, and TAFF 2 scientific tremolo while tracking bass and guitar parts in 2019. Tracks like “Sunshine Beams”, “The Golden Silence”, “Gaia Hypothesis”, “Stink Bug Zoo” and many other tracks on the album will have a really wet crazy bassline or guitar part using these extremely, synth-like, “outside the box” pedals blended with clean basslines and clean guitar tracks in the mixes.
