Punches well above it's weight
My go to for drop C, Extra Jumbo frets and 25 3/4 scale length just beckon for it. I've heard off putting remarks about the EMG hz line, but they sound similar to 81's, at least in the case for the bridge pickup. The cleans however are nothing to write home about; both bridge and neck are brittle and lack the Warmth of a passive and the output of a 60, and leaves much to be desired. In the case of the black version with EMG's, it was clearly designed for metal and it shows so I do fault it for it's cleans.

He reads from the 12th fret that this is "301" viper model . Very cheap guitar with stickers.. removed neck pickup and installed his signature p90 pickup... the rest is stock .
