In this image Noel Gallagher is seen playing a brown '72 Nash Tele Deluxe, which he mentions in this MusicRadar interview. The interviewer asks, "You’ve relied on a group of guitars over the years – anything new on this record?" Noel replies:
On this record, all over it, is a Nash ’63 Stratocaster, which is fucking outrageous, and I have a brown Nash Tele Deluxe, a ’72, which is also great. I used my Gibson 355, obviously, and my brand-new Martin D-28, which sounds like it was fuckin’ bought in the ‘50s.
Another photo of Noel holding this guitar can be seen here, this one shows a black or dark blue and white star decal placed on the top of the body (where there is no pickguard). You can see the guitar in this video of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds Live for Absolute Radio, at 39:10 during the song The Mexican.
This Nash T-72 DLX is owned by Frank Iero
"Originally owned by James Bowman of Against Me! And used on stage when they toured with Green Day on the Revolution Radio tour. Later sold to me and used on the recording of Barriers with Steve Albini. Most Prominently on the song The Unfortunate. The V shaped neck on this particular guitar makes you play in a different way that sparks new ideas, especially if you are used to playing C shaped necks like I am." - Frank
In an image titled "DustinTele.jpg" on Blogger, Dustin Kensrue is seen with a Nash T-72 Deluxe Guitar, identifiable by its dual humbucking pickups and '72 pickguard.
This guitar was sold on Frank Iero’s official Reverb.com shop. Frank mentions that the guitar was sold to him by James Bowman of Against Me!, and that James used it when Against Me! toured with Green Day during the latter’s Revolution Radio Tour.
In the video (7:00 is a good example), Donahue can be seen using a Telecaster Deluxe. In certain shots it can be seen with a Strat bridge/vibrato system and is Mocha Brown, which are both standard for the Nash T72-DLX model and aren’t found on any regular/old Fender offerings, thus has to be a Nash.
