Fine for road trips.
The Speedster plays well and sports decent tone for what it is, though it failed to serve its purpose in my case as it was still just a touch too long to fit comfortably into airline suitcases without my having to check it as its own piece of luggage. At that point, I might as well check in a full-sized guitar in its stead.

Great Guitar when Traveling
Great guitar for traveling. The upper arm rest comes off and it neatly fits into the overhead luggage storage of an airplane. The shape takes a little while to get used to, I keep finding myself reaching up to tune it, see there's no headstock, and then remember, oh yeah, the tuners are inside the body. Great sound from the single humbucker, neck is easy to play. Holds tune really well.

Great for travelers
While in Nashville saw this @ G. C. Sounded great. Paint job is not stellar. Pots taper are sub par. Pain in the Arse to tune. Came w/ Gig Bag. Despite these short cummings plays great and sounds good enough. Fits in a carry on yet 24.5" Scale. Balance feels weird but you get use to it . Great for practice. Wouldn't travel w/o it.
