Description

The Waghorn Guitars Thunderbird Custom Left Handed E-Bass

The Waghorn Guitars Thunderbird Custom Left Handed E-Bass is a Custom Made Bass by British Luthier Tom Waghorn. A rare boutique custom-built bass inspired by the classic Thunderbird design, tailored specifically for left-handed players. Handcrafted in the UK by Waghorn Guitars, these instruments are known for premium woods, custom electronics, and highly personalized specifications depending on the original owner’s order. The bass delivers a powerful, aggressive low-end tone with excellent sustain and articulation, making it well suited for rock, metal, and progressive styles. Players often praise the comfortable neck profile and resonant body construction, although Thunderbird-style basses are also known for potential neck-dive due to their body shape. Left-handed Thunderbird basses are extremely uncommon in the market, which has helped custom Waghorn models gain attention among collectors and left-handed musicians. Community discussions frequently mention the impressive tone and craftsmanship of custom Waghorn Thunderbirds.

Best bass I've played.

This bass is a custom instrument I've had made for myself for professional recording and larger gigs, I feel that its tone is second to none, it has a very bright, forward sound and the neck is very fast and feels great.
